Al Imran UAE
~$100,000/month in cash sales driven by organic search and digital marketing
Context
Al Imran AC Spare Parts LLC is a Dubai-based HVAC parts distributor serving contractors, technicians, and procurement teams across the UAE. When Naheed joined in early 2020, the company had no e-commerce infrastructure, no SEO presence, and no systematic way to generate inbound leads from a market where most of their competitors were invisible online.
Role
As Digital Marketing Manager and International Sales Executive, Naheed owned the full digital operation: site architecture, search engine optimisation, content, social media, paid advertising, and direct B2B sales with international buyers via WhatsApp and email. This was not a specialist role. It was the entire digital function.
What Was Done
- Created and developed Al Imran Group’s websites, including alimranuae.com, each property targeting distinct product lines and buyer segments
- Implemented technical SEO across all properties: site structure, metadata, schema markup, page speed, and structured product data
- Created keyword-targeted content addressing the specific search queries used by HVAC contractors and procurement teams in the UAE
- Managed social media to generate leads from local UAE contractors and international buyers
- Built and managed a buyer base of local and international customers across the Gulf
- Handled sales and logistics documentation for company customers
- Managed all inbound communications: email, telephone, and WhatsApp with local and international customers
Outcome
Within two years, organic search and digital marketing generated approximately $100,000/month in direct cash sales. The result came from SEO growth rather than ongoing ad spend. The three sites ranked for HVAC-specific terms across the UAE and Gulf, building search visibility that kept generating leads after the contract ended.
