360 Wellness
Digital presence established in the UAE wellness market alongside ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification
Context
360Wellness is a Dubai-based health and wellness services company operating in a sector where professional credibility is as important as reach. The brief here was unusual: build the company’s digital visibility while simultaneously steering it through ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification, a process that required coordinating internal operations, documentation, and audit preparation across the organisation.
Role
Naheed held two concurrent mandates. As Digital Marketing Strategist, she owned the company’s full online presence: content, SEO, social media, and lead generation. As Management Representative for the ISO 9001:2008 QMS process, she coordinated the internal quality management framework required for certification, a role that involved working across departments, not just the marketing function.
What Was Done
- Developed and executed media planning to connect brand to consumer, starting from consumer research into how people make decisions about wellness services in Dubai
- Led strategic consulting including business plan development and sales strategy, working beyond the marketing brief into how the business was set up to grow
- Designed around user experience across sound, sight, motion, and data visualisation, bringing multi-sensory UX thinking to a sector typically focused only on visual branding
- Identified and integrated new media opportunities, keeping the brand ahead of digital channel shifts
- Managed social media and content marketing to build trust with prospective clients in a category where credibility drives conversion
- Led the ISO 9001:2008 QMS implementation as Management Representative, coordinating internal processes and audit preparation across departments
Outcome
360Wellness built both marketing reach and operational credibility in the Dubai wellness market. The strategic consulting work, covering business planning, sales strategy, and consumer-led media planning, went beyond the usual marketing brief and into decisions that shaped how the business grew.
